Information Wells Performance Inc. collects

Wells Performance collects information about you, including personally identifiable information if you create an account with Wells Performance, and/or if you track, complete, or upload your activities using the Wells Performance services.

Wells Performance collects information about how you use the services. There are several ways for you to share information about yourself and your activities with Wells Performance , including your name, email address, gender, age, activities, (including date, time and geo-location information as well as your speed and pace), and profile photo. In addition, Wells Performance will collect your credit card or other payment information if you choose to become a member of Wells Performance’s Premium services.

When you make a payment through our payment page, we may collect information from you to properly process your payment. This personal information may include your name, address, phone, email address, your credit card information and payment amount. We use Payment Card Industry certified third-party payment services and do not store your credit card information.

E-mail Links & Notifications:

We may use e-mail links located within the website to allow you to contact us directly via e-mail. We use the information provided in your e-mail to respond to your questions or comments. We may also store your comments for future reference. Users will be provided with opt-in options with respect to any notifications not relating specifically to user prompted inquiries, such as options for receiving updates or news from Wells Performance Inc. Wells Performance is not intended for the use by children under the age of 16. Wells Performance Inc. does not willingly collect any information from children under the age of 16. How Wells Performance Uses Information

Wells Performance primarily uses the information we collect to administer and operate the Services. We also use your information to analyze, develop and improve the Services.

Your heart rate data is used to track and analyze your physical exercise activities, nervous system activation and sleep characteristics so that we can score your movement and sleep to provide you with personalized recommendations about your health, fitness and wellbeing,

Your nutrition data is used to track and analyze your nutrition patterns so that we can score your overall nutrition and provide you with personalized recommendations about your health, fitness and wellbeing,

Your mindfulness and concentration data is used to track and analyze your mindset patterns so that we can score your overall thinking and provide you with personalized recommendations about your health, fitness and wellbeing,

We may also use your information to provide support related to the Services, protect members and enforce our Terms of Service, promote safety, and communicate with you.

Subject to your privacy settings, your information and content may be publicly accessible.

Third Party Business via API or Other Integrations

When you use third party apps, plug-ins, or websites that integrate with the Services, they may receive your information and content, including your personal information, photos, and your activity data (including private activities). How We Protect Information

Privacy Policy Information

If Wells Performance makes changes to this Privacy Policy, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the Services and the Wells Performance website in a timely manner. If the changes are significant, we will provide a prominent notice. Wells Performance reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If you object to any of the changes to Privacy Policy, you may cease using the Services and deactivate your account. Using the Services after a notice of changes has been communicated to you or published on the Services shall constitute your agreement to the changes.

Disclaimer

While Wells Performance continues to work hard to protect your personal information, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and Wells Performance cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Wells Performance. Transmitting personal information is done at your own risk.

Retention of Information

We retain information as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations. Information about you that is no longer necessary and relevant for our operations will be de-identified and/or disposed of securely.

In addition, we may retain information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the Services’ terms and conditions and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

When you delete your user account, certain personal information will be immediately de-associated with the account and deleted, such as your e-mail, name, address, and profile photo, if you had chosen to provide this information. Additionally, your Third-Party Account information will be immediately de-associated with your account. All of your activities will be de-identified, made private and no longer associated with your personal information.

We may, however, keep a record of your deletion for up to 30 days following your deletion of an account. Additionally, we may keep system logs, which may be associated with your account for up to 30 days following your deletion of an account.

When you delete your account, we may retain geolocation information to continue to improve the Services. Upon deletion of your account, however, this information cannot be viewed by other users and will be de-associated with your name and other identifiers.
